If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened ir in their original condition.

Refunds
Once your return is received ir inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
